- Device names discovered via mDNS
- Device identifiers (MAC address-based)
- Connection timestamps

- Purchase status stored locally on your device
- All payment transactions handled entirely by Apple/Google

Important
Serial Air does NOT collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All data remains on your device.

4. Third-Party Services
Only Apple App Store / Google Play for in-app purchases. No analytics, no tracking, no advertising SDKs.
5. Data Storage & Security
- All data stored locally via AsyncStorage
- No cloud servers or external databases
- All data deleted when the app is uninstalled
6. Network Communication & Security
6.1 Communication Methods
Serial Air communicates with devices using the following protocols:
- WiFi (TCP): Unencrypted TCP socket connection over your local network. Data is transmitted in plaintext between your device and the microcontroller.
- Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE): Nordic UART Service (NUS) over BLE. Data is transmitted using standard BLE pairing without application-level encryption.
- mDNS: Device discovery uses multicast DNS on your local network to find compatible devices.
6.2 Security Considerations
Important
Serial Air does not encrypt serial data in transit. Any device on the same local network (WiFi) or within BLE range may potentially intercept transmitted data. Do not transmit sensitive, confidential, or personally identifiable information through serial connections.
6.3 User Responsibility
- You are responsible for securing your own WiFi network (WPA2/WPA3 recommended)
- Ensure physical proximity control for BLE connections
- Do not transmit passwords, credentials, or sensitive data via serial connections
- The Trusted Devices feature helps identify known devices but does not provide cryptographic authentication
7. Children's Privacy
Not directed at children under 13. No personal data collected from any user.
9. Changes to This Policy
Changes communicated through app updates. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

4. 第三者サービス
アプリ内課金のためのApple App Store / Google Playのみ。分析ツール、トラッキング、広告SDKは一切使用していません。
5. データの保管とセキュリティ
- すべてのデータはAsyncStorageでローカルに保存
- クラウドサーバーや外部データベースは不使用
- アプリをアンインストールするとすべてのデータが削除されます
6. ネットワーク通信とセキュリティ
6.1 通信方式
Serial Airは以下のプロトコルでデバイスと通信します：

Serial Airは通信中のシリアルデータを暗号化しません。同一ローカルネットワーク上（WiFi）またはBLE通信範囲内のデバイスがデータを傍受できる可能性があります。シリアル接続を通じて機密情報、個人情報、パスワード等を送信しないでください。
6.3 ユーザーの責任
- WiFiネットワークのセキュリティ確保はユーザーの責任です（WPA2/WPA3推奨）
- BLE接続時は物理的な近接管理を行ってください
- シリアル接続経由でパスワード、認証情報、機密データを送信しないでください
- 信頼済みデバイス機能はデバイスの識別を支援しますが、暗号学的な認証は提供しません
7. お子様のプライバシー
13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。いかなるユーザーからも個人データを収集しません。
8. 本ポリシーの変更
変更はアプリのアップデートを通じてお知らせします。変更後の利用継続は同意とみなされます。
