By downloading, installing, or using Parpot ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Parpot is an offline code transcription support application that provides text-to-speech reading of code snippets, QR code transfer, WiFi transfer, OCR text recognition, and file import functionality. The App is designed to work entirely offline without requiring an internet connection.
All code snippets, projects, and data you create within the App are stored locally on your device. You retain all rights to your content. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your content on external servers.

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is owned by the developer and protected by intellectual property laws. The Parpot name, logo, and associated trademarks are the property of the developer.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. OCR text recognition accuracy may vary depending on image quality and content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
